Balloon Celebration - Birthday Card

I created this card to go with the Bottle Sleeve I showed you last week.

The strings were stamped using Mossy Meadow ink directly on to the Whisper White mat. The balloons were stamped on to scrap white card and then punched out with the coordinating Balloon Bouquet punch. I then adhered some to the card flat and others were raised on Dimensionals.

The sentiment was punched out using the Washi Tape punch .... it's fast becoming my 'go to' punch for sentiments now :o)
