I used the Magnolia Blooms stamp set again for today's card.
I absolutely love this card! I think because it was a complete accident and wasn't planned at all. When I created the card from my previous post I cut the panels from full size card mats i.e. I had already sized them for the front of a card. I have mats in all colours already prepared to save time when designing.
When I picked up my scraps after finishing my other card I just happened to pick up the panels as shown above, so the beautiful frame showed. Well I had to make another card using the panels didn't I? They looked so pretty ..... and this is what I created :o)
I used five layers to build my main Flower. They only took a few seconds to colour and were very easy to cut out by hand. The first layer was the full image, the second just the Flower without the leaves. The third layer was the centre three petals with three larger ones on the sides. The three centre petals also made up the forth layer and my final layer was the yellow centre only.
I raised the layered frame up onto Dimensionals and added the centre panel and then the lovely Flower.
