I have another Video Tutorial for you today showing you another project using the beautiful Free As A Bird stamp set.
My first card is in Pool Party and So Saffron.
This card came about because I had the little bird (top right) left over from a previous card - HERE. I didn't want to waste him, so cut him out using one of the Square Stitched Shapes framelit dies and built another card around him :o)
All the Panels on the front of the card were created using the Square Stitched Shapes framelits. I show you how to create the two Rectangular ones from the Square ones in the Video.
I love this stamp set and am really enjoying creating projects with it. I do wish there were matching framelits for it. I don't mind fussy cutting at all myself, but I know that some of my ladies do :o) I kept the cutting out to a minimum here - only the Flowers and a couple of single leaves are required.
This is the card I created in the Video. I love both cards, but this one is definitely my favourite! I LOVE the colours! Daffodil Delight with Calypso Coral - it's just Bright and gorgeous :o)
The Pearls were all coloured using a Stampin' Blends marker. Calypso Coral for this card and Daffodil Delight for the first card.

Note: If you use A4 as your standard sheet of card – follow all the metric measurements (cms).
If you use 8½” x 11” as your standard sheet of card – follow all the imperial measurements (inches).
Basic Black card base ½ an A4 standard sheet of card
(US 8½” x 11”)
Whisper White (inside) 14.4cm x 10cm (US 5¼”x 4”)
Daffodil Delight 14.4cm x 10cm (US 5¼”x 4”)
Designer Series Paper (Calypso Coral) 14cm x 9.6cm (US 5⅛”x 3⅞”)
Daffodil Delight 5.7cm x 5.7cm (2¼” x 2¼”)
Daffodil Delight 3.3cm x 3.3cm (1 5/16” x 1 5/16”)
Daffodil Delight 6.9cm x 4.5cm** (2¾” x 1¾”**)
Daffodil Delight 3.3cm x 1.8cm** (1 5/16” x 11/16”**)
** This measurement is approximate only. You will need to check what you need after you have die cut the Stitched Squares and created the Rectangular panels from them – the size of each 2ndmeasurement depends on how deep you make these panels.
You will need more Whisper White card for stamping and die cutting.
