Hydrangea Haven - Fold Flat Gift Bag (6"x6x2") - Video Tutorial

In today's Video I show you how I created this Gift Bag.

It's another Fold Flat Bag measuring 6" x 6" x 2". I created another Bag the same size a little while ago - you can find it HERE. This one uses a slightly different method and has a closed top.

The front panel is made up of some of the beautiful Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper. In my previous Video, the entire Bag was card stock. 

Both are very easy to create and of course, the best feature is that they fold flat for easy storage.

The little sentiment comes from the Hydrangea Haven stamp set and was die cut using the little Tag die from the coordinating Hydrangea Dies set.

This paper is gorgeous! As soon as I saw it I knew I would use this sheet for 6" Bags. You could create 8 of them if you wanted to from one pack - all in various colours to coordinate.

Although .. you may want to save some of the paper for matching cards :o)

The sentiment comes from the Bloom & Grow stamp set and is one of my all-time favourites! I die cut it using one of the Tasteful Labels Dies.

The little Flowers were also die cut using one of the Hydrangea Dies.

Measurements

Seaside Spray – Back & Sides                                                      11” x 8”

 

With the LONG side across the top -      Score at:              ½”, 2½” 8½” and 10½”

 

With the SHORT side across the top –    Score at:             2” and 3”

 

Turn back so LONG side is across the top – Score at:      1½” and 9½” down to the 

                                                                                                                          FIRST SCORE LINE

 

Don’t forget to score the TRIANGLE sections!

 

 

Seaside Spray – Front Base                                                             6” x 2½”

 

With the SHORT side across the top -    Score at                2”

 

 

Hydrangea Hill DSP - Front                                                            6” x 6”

 

 

Ribbon approx..                                                                                       9”      (23cm)

White Baker’s Twine approx..                                                        12”    (30cm)

 

You will need extra Whisper White and Seaside Spray card to complete this project.
