I show you two different methods of creating them - with a die and also by hand cutting.

The hand cutting method is a little tricky and you may need a little practice before you get any usable results - I know I did :o)

This Birthday Piggy - Birthday

Here is another card created using the This Birthday Piggy stamp set and coordinating Playful Piggy dies.

Now, unfortunately if you didn't purchase these dies last month you will no longer be able to get them. They were only available for September. But if you did get them, this is a little inspiration for you.

I love making little scene cards and there are lots of elements in the stamp set and die set to help you create them.

I especially love that you had a grass die in this set :o)

Darling Donkeys - Hey There - Video Tutorial

I had to give my Darling Donkeys stamp set one last project ... they are just too cute to put away!

I created little scene cards. These are so simple to do. I used one of my own Grass stencils and another of my Cloud stencils. If you are interested in seeing how I made these, you can find the details HERE and HERE.

I used one of the dies from the Birthday Chick die set to create the fence. This set coordinates with the Hey Birthday Chick stamp set in the current Mini catalogue - and is available until the end of June.

 

The Donkeys were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and coloured using the Stampin' Blends alcohol markers. I used Ivory and both the Crumb Cake Blends. The Flower is in Granny Apple Green and Real Red.

Here is the card I created in the Video. I used Daffodil Delight for the Flower this time.

Measurements

Note: If you use A4 as your standard sheet of card – follow the metric measurements (cms).

If you use 8½” x 11” as your standard sheet of card – follow the imperial measurements (inches).

 

         

Basic Black card base                                ½ an A4 standard sheet of card

                                                                                                                      (US 8½” x 11”)   

 

Whisper White (Inside)                            14.4cm x 10cm   (US 5¼” x 4”) 

Daffodil Delight                                           14.1cm x 9.8cm  (US 5¼” x 4”) 

Whisper White                                             13.8cm x 9.5cm  (US 5⅛” x 3⅞”)
