Amazing Birthday With Irresistibly Yours

My card today uses the Amazing Birthday stamp set from the Annual Catalogue.

I love this set for creating cards for men :o)

I used some of the current In Colours this time and teamed it with our Sale-a-Bration exclusive Irresistibly Yours Specialty DSP.

The paper has white glossy patterns on white background. The glossy patterns act as a resist when adding colour to the paper. 

Here I used a sponge dauber to add Silver Encore ink to colour it. You can apply the colour it several other different ways - sponge, direct to paper, brayer, spritzer etc.

Butterfly Basics - Birthday Card

Here we have another Butterfly Basics card :o) 

I have mixed So Saffron, Pear Pizzazz and Sahara Sand. 

The Lace Trim is one of the new ribbons from the Spring / Summer catalogue. It's so pretty and I love that it's Sahara Sand in colour. It would add a beautiful vintage touch to any project :o)

I stamped the larger Butterfly in So Saffron and cut it out with the Big Shot using the coordinating Butterflies Thinlits. 

The smaller Butterfly was stamped in Sahara Sand and was punched out using the Bitty Butterfly Punch.

Simply Wonderful With Spring Flowers

Spring Flowers is one of our new Textured Impressions Embossing Folders. 

I have used it here with our Sale-a-Bration exclusive Simply Wonderful stamp set. 

The colours used are Bermuda Bay with Crushed Curry - another combination straight from the Colour Coach :o) This is such a useful Tool to have when looking for different colour combinations!

I love the little flourishes above and below the Congrats sentiment - they were shouting out for a few Pearls to be added :o)
