Floral Wings - Team Swap Card

This was the little Swap card I created to share with my Team at our monthly meeting this week.

I was a little extravagant with this one - using three different stamp sets!

The sentiment comes from the new Hostess set - Happy Birthday Everyone. Isn't it absolutely gorgeous? I can see myself using this a lot!

The floral image comes from another of our Hostess sets - Floral Wings. This has it's own Butterfly image, but it was far too large for this little card (which is just 9.5cm / 3 3/4" square). So .... I used one of the little Butterflies from the Papillion Potpourri set :o)

Team Meeting - Gift Bag - Cards

Yesterday I showed you the little gift bag I designed as the Make and Take for my Monthly Team Meeting. Today I am showing you the cards that everyone created to go inside it :o)

I designed the bag to hold four of our Whisper White Notecards and Envelopes. 

The flower from the front of the bag was duplicated onto each of the Notecards. They were very simple to create, although it took a little while cutting them all out using the matching Flower Fair framelits :o)

The sentiment comes from the Another Thank You stamp set.

This set would make a lovely little gift for someone special :o)

Team Meeting - Make and Take - Gift Bag Punch Board

Last night I held my Monthly Meeting for my Team :o)

It's always fun being with them and of course we always do some crafting.

This is the project I designed for their Make and Take. It's another Gift Bag Punch Board project .... but not quite the standard one.

I used the Flower Patch stamp set. I've been wanting to spend time with this set for ages now but the time just hasn't been right :o) So ... i was determined to use it for this month's meeting. 

I used a piece of Designer Series Paper (The one shown has now retired) measuring 10" x 8". I used the 'Large' score line for the main front and back panels.

When creating the sides, I lined the previous score line up with the Triangle 'Side' line instead of the 'Start' line - and I omitted scoring the Triangle. This gave me sides 1" deep instead of the normal 2".

I turned the DSP round to the opposite side and scored on the  'Horizontal' line right the way across. It was then just a case of punching on the score lines for the front and back sections  to create the panels to fold down. I removed the Tabs at the top of the side sections. 

All the Tabs on the base were trimmed to 1" before the bag was put together.
