Dashing Deer Christmas Card - Video Tutorial

Here are the first cards I created using the Dashing Deer stamp set. This set coordinates with the Detailed Deer Thinlits dies, but I didn't use them this time.

I stamped using the Stamparatus so was able to produce them all quite quickly. The final one (bottom right) is the one I create in the Video.

These first two use Black and Merry Merlot. I embossed the Black Deer but all the others were just stamped. The Gold Foil embellishments were created using the Sprig punch.

The last two cards used Smoky Slate and Coastal Cabana, together with Silver Foil for the sprigs.

This Deer is absolutely gorgeous. I love all the beautiful detail in the pattern on its body.

I used the Buffalo Check stamp for the backgrounds, drawing a line through the lighter rows and columns with the contrasting Stampin' Write marker.

If you would like to see how I created the cards, here is the Video ...

Detailed With Love - Smiles

Today's card is another very simple one.

I used Detailed With Love just for the sentiment this time and cut it out using one of the Layering Ovals framelits. I also used a couple more of them for the Oval mats underneath.

The background paper is beautiful and is from the Share What You Love Specialty 12" pack.

I used the Subtle Dynamic Embossing Folder for the Mint Macaron layer. This folder is definitely a favourite, it adds just that hint of texture with makes such a difference to a project :o)

Floral Frames - Wishing You The Best

Good Morning! :o) I have another card to share today using the Floral Frames stamp set and coordinating Foliage Frame framelits.

Green is not my favourite colour, but I do love to combine it with yellow - although it could be said that Mango Melody is more of an orange.

I used the light Daffodil Delight and both the Mango Melody Stampin' Blends alcohol markers to colour the flowers. Using the Daffodil as the base layer and to blend everything together, definitely made the results more yellow :o)

I used both Call Me Clover and Granny Apple Green Blends for the different leaves.

As usual, I stamped the sentiment using Black ink (Versafine) and heat embossed it with Clear powder.

The gems in the centre of the flowers are our normal clear Rhinestones but I coloured them with the Dark Basic Black Blends marker.
