Hello Cupcake - Sale-a-Bration Freebie!

Today's card is such a simple design .... so very easy to duplicate :o)

I've used another of our Free Sale-a-Bration stamp sets - this time Hello Cupcake.

The card base is Early Espresso and I've added a Berry Burst mat under the White layer.

The Cupcake case was stamped directly onto the White layer using Early Espresso ink .... as was the little 'extra' Frosting stamp you get using Berry Burst ink and the sentiment. 

The main Frosting image was stamped onto scrap card. I added the sprinkles - again with Early Espresso ink - and cut this out by hand.

I stamped the little Heart using Powder Pink ink and also cut this out by hand before adding it to the Frosting. I added a little of our Clear Wink of Stella to this for a little shimmer. 

The Frosting section was then added to the Case using Dimensionals :o)

So Hoppy Together - Sale-a-Bration Freebie!

I used another of the Sale-a-Bration Freebie stamp sets for this card. So Hoppy Together is one of the new Cling mount stamp sets available for FREE with a £45 purchase during our Sale-a-Bration Promotion.

This stamp set is so cute! I used most of the main images for this card - I wanted to squeeze them all on there!

The bottom Frog should actually be sat on a Unicycle BUT I cut it off! I can still use both parts of the image - either separately or joined together, so cutting it didn't affect the stamps at all, it just makes them much more versatile :o)

The images were stamped in Memento Black ink and coloured using the Stampin' Blends Alcohol markers.

I used the Stitched Shapes framelits to cut them out and the Layering Circle framelits for the mats underneath.

The beautiful Daffodil Gingham paper used for the background is from our new Gingham Gala 6" paper stack - I love that you have this small check on one side and a larger check on the reverse!

Lovely Lattice - Sale-a-Bration Freebie!

Hello There! 

For today's card, I inked up my Lovely Lattice stamp for the first time. This is one of the Freebie offerings with our current Sale-a-Bration promotion. (You can find all the Promotion details in my left-hand sidebar on my Blog - just click on the Brochure front).

I knew I had to have this set as soon as I saw it. Large floral images are very much 'my thing' :o)

I stamped the image onto Whisper White card using Versafine blank ink (not sold by SU) and heat embossed it with Clear powder. I do like to do this when I'm colouring a large image with the Blends Alcohol markers - basically because there is less chance of bleeding. 

The frame in the background is from our Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty paper pack - from the Annual Catalogue. The panels in this paper pack were sized to use on the Delightfully Detailed Note Cards BUT they can work on our normal sized card fronts too :o) The plain white looked a little stark, so I stamped it using the Crackle Paint background stamp with Daffodil Delight ink.

I cut the main panel out by hand and then stamped some of the flowers again to layer on top. I did three layers for the largest flower.

New Spring / Summer Catalogue and Sale-a-Bration

The new Spring / Summer catalogue is out today!

Click on the above image to view (and download) this wonderful catalogue! It's full of beautiful new products .... perfect for so many different types of projects!

One of the biggest changes with this catalogue is that we now have new CLING stamps! Sadly we are also eventually going to lose our Wood Mount stamp sets. The CLING stamps will be our normal Red Rubber, but we now have much better stickers to go on the back of them! These stickers have an unbelievable cling to them, you will no longer have any problems with stamps falling off your blocks! The only thing you need to be careful of with these is removing the stamps from your blocks. Peel them off carefully starting at a corner.

Photopolymer stamps will still be available.
