Bouncing Brayer with Baby Bear

This was the last of my Technique cards for this month's class.

The Baby Bear set is a real cutie! It's a Three-step stamp set. I stamped the base Bear in Sahara Sand ink. The second layer was stamped using Crumb Cake, but stamped 'off' first and the final layer was stamped using the full Crumb Cake ink.

The bow is Two-step with the base layer stamped using So Saffron and the top layer with Crushed Curry.

I used both So Saffron and Soft Sky ink for the Technique. I started with So Saffron and inked up the Brayer before 'bouncing' it along the length of the white cardstock. After cleaning the Brayer, I repeated using Soft Sky. I love that where you get the overlap in colours it comes through light green :o)

Once I was happy with the effect, I cut out the heart using the largest of the Sweet & Sassy framelits.
