Varied Vases - What's New at Stampin' Up! Blog Hop

Welcome to our What's New at SU? Blog Hop!

We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world who are Hoppin' With Exciting Ideas to share with you.

Today's Hop features products from our brand New 2018-19 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue and it is full of amazing projects that will inspire you!

I chose to use the fabulous Varied Vases bundle for my project. It consists of the stamp set and the coordinating Vases Builder Punch.

I created six cards using the Whisper White Narrow Notecards & Envelopes as my base and also a Box to hold them all.

The gorgeous papers used are all from the Share What You Love Specialty DSP pack. These papers are 12" x12" and come in a double pack size (24 sheets) with some of the designs having a beautiful pearlised finish.

All the colours used for the stamping came from colours used in the paper pack.

I used the Layering Ovals and the Stitched Shapes framelits on each of the cards to create the beautiful focal images.

The sentiment was punched out using the Classic Label punch and I punched them all twice to make them a little shorter.

The front of the box lifts upwards to open and is secured by the ribbon.

The cards and envelopes fit snuggly in the bottom pocket, which is divided into two sections to stop them moving about too much.

I have created a Video showing you how to make this box, I hope you watch it and have a go at creating one for yourself :o)

Measurements:

Base: 10¾”  x  5¾” - Score with the Long side across the top at 5" and 5¾”

Pocket: 8¼”  x  3¼” - Score on 3 sides at ½” and 1¼”

Pocket Separator: 2½” x 1⅞" - Score with the Long side across the top at  ½”,  1¼”  and 2"

Front Designer Series Paper: 5⅝" x 4

Pocket Designer Series Paper: 5⅝" x 1⅞"

Ribbon: 26" approx.
