Today's project uses the Dashing Deer stamp set and coordinating Detailed Deer thinlits dies. These were a 'must have' as soon as I saw them in the Autumn / Winter catalogue. I still have the Dasher stamp from years ago (just haven't been able to part with it) and the antlered deer in this set reminds me so much of him :o)
Both the Deer are solid stamps, so I wanted to keep the colours really simple. I used Black, Smoky Slate and White. The black I used this time is Memento Tuxedo. This isn't an intense black, it has more of a really dark grey finish, so it was perfect for this card.
The Tree stamp used in the background comes from the Winter Woods stamp set - another gorgeous set from the Autumn / Winter catalogue.
I added a little Dazzling Diamonds Glitter to the Trees and the forest floor using my Fine Tip Glue Pen.
