Venetian Romance - Scrapbook Pages

For my November Scrapbook class, I used the Venetian Romance DSP. I adore these papers! They are just so pretty! The stamp set is the ever useful Creative Elements.

The layout of the Page is a CASE of one by the wonderful Kerry Timms :o) I've used the same stamp set, but altered a couple of the other elements and used different DSP. Kerry is an amazing scrapbooker and gives me loads of inspiration :o)

I changed the stamp set to Lovely Romance for the second page - it co-ordinates beautifully with the Creative Elements set.

One of the Designer Frames Embossing Folders was used for the Oval embossing.

I used the Stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp the little border stamp on each side of the frame.

Label Card Thinlits Die

A quick 'Thank You' card today using the new Label Card Thinlits die.

This Thinlit Die is fabulous - it cuts and scores the cardstock at the same time - all you have to do is fold on the scored lines and decorate :o)

The Pool Party layer in the centre was created by using the matching sized framelit from the Labels Collection.

I added a Whisper White Label to the reverse of the centre panel so you can write your message.

The flower was created using the Pansy Punch. I punched out 4 Pool Party Pansies from the Subtles DSP Stack. I snipped between each 'petal' and then stacked them on top of each other, alternating the paper's design.

The leaves were punched out of Old Olive cardstock using the Bird Builder Punch.

I used the Buttons & Blossoms silicone mould to create the centre for the flower together with a new product - ThermoMorph - which I had been asked to review (more details about this in my next post).
