Rev Up The Fun .... Grunge!

I needed a few 'Men' cards this month :o)

As I still had all the products from my last Scrapbook Class on my desk, I decided to use them again ..... together with the Rev Up The Fun stamp set!

The backgrounds were stamped in exactly the same way as the Scrapbook pages I created for this month's class (roll down to see those). 

I used scrunched up Bubble Wrap with Basic Grey ink to start with followed by Off The Grid with Crumb Cake ink.

All the other stamps are from Gorgeous Grunge, using a different colour for each of them. I LOVE it when I can use all the stamps in a set on a project! :o)

The Star is from Simply Stars. I punched it out with our retired Star punch - but you could just as easily hand cut it!

Rev Up The Fun stamps are perfect for the men in our lives :o) 

The papers are This and That, Epic Day. 

All the edges of everything have been sponged with Crumb Cake and/or Distressed by tearing.

Timeless Talk - Make & Take

This was one of the cards I designed for my Party Make & Takes last month. 

It uses lots of fabulous stamp sets, so you may think it could be a little complex for a M&T - but it actually worked out really well, it just took a little extra organisation at the table :o)

It proved to be a popular card with the guests. I also used it at my Team Training Evening and for my Monthly Stampers M&T.

All the card stock edges are inked using a sponge dauber and Soft Suede ink. 

The Sentiment and the Timeless Talk image are both coloured using sponge daubers - with Pool Party and So Saffron ink.
