Geared Up Garage - Quick Cards For Men

I had to make a male Birthday Card recently and chose a really quick and simple design for it using the Geared Up Garage stamp set.

After completing it, I thought I would make a stack of them for future Birthdays, so I'm ready for them :o) So ... I made a further 10 cards!

They took next to no time as I did them Production Line style.

I made an additional two in each of five different colours.

These are Pacific Point, Coastal Cabana and Terracotta Tile.

I started by stamping the 'splodges' using the coloured ink - these were stamped 'off' once before stamping on to the Whisper White panels.

I then stamped the cars using Versamark and Heat Embossed using Silver Powder. The sentiment comes from the Peaceful Moments set and I was stamped in the same way.

The panels were then embossed using the Tasteful Textile 3D folder.

The colours here are Shaded Spruce and Seaside Spray.

Christmas Gleaming - More Cards

If you read my previous Post, you will know that when I created the Card Box I showed you, I wanted it to hold six cards - I made them too dimensional and it would only hold a maximum of five. I left four inside the box and these are the two cards I left out :o)

I used the Christmas Gleaming stamp set and coordinating Ornaments punches together with the Brightly Gleaming Specialty Designer Series Paper.

The Holly was stamped using Mossy Meadow ink and coloured using the Mossy Meadow and Real Red Stampin' Blends alcohol markers.

The Very Vanilla panel under the sentiment was embossed using the Tasteful Textile 3D folder.

I also used Mossy Meadow for the card bases this time.
