Design It With DSP - Blog Hop - All Is Bright

Welcome to the Design It With Designer Series Paper Blog Hop!

I am excited to share projects with you created by Demonstrator friends around the world. This month we are all using the All Is Bright Designer Series Paper (DSP) from Stampin' Up!

I am honoured to be a part of this Design Team and love that we get this opportunity to inspire you with beautiful projects all using the same DSP! Make sure you check out all the Blogs (list at the bottom) and enjoy all of the wonderful projects :o)

The All Is Bright DSP comes in a 12" x 12" pack of 12 sheets. You get 2 each of 6 double sided designs. One side of the papers has gorgeous Photo Realistic designs - the other has more traditional designs and colours.

Today's project is a Gift Card Holder or Money Wallet using a sentiment from the Winter Woods stamp set .... There is a Video Tutorial below.

I make many of these holders every year. I blogged about these HERE back in December 2014. That post is still to this day one of my most popular ever :o) It's such a quick and simple project, but for some reason people just love it :o)

Anyway, today I'm sharing lots more different designs, all of which use the All Is Bright papers ...

These first two both use the Merry Christmas thinlits dies. I love these word dies ..... which also include a couple of banner dies too.

For the Holder on the left, I kept the words to a single layer and glued them flat to the front of the holder.

The words for the Holder on the right have four layers to them. I cut them from card backed with some of our Multipurpose Adhesive sheets and stacked them on top of each other.

The Deer for the Holder on the left was cut using one of the Detailed Deer thinlits dies. The sentiments used on both and the images on the Holder on the right all come from the Hostess stamp set, Hung With Care.

Next, I created two more Holders each using images from another Hostess stamp set, Warm Hearted.

This is the Holder created in the Video. This time I used a sentiment from the Winter Woods stamp set.

This is the inside of the Holder. I decorated the inside of all of them in exactly the same way. If you wanted to add a message to the inside, you could add another cardstock panel to the top half :o)

The pocket is large enough to hold cash or a gift card.

Here is the Video ....
