In today's Video I show you how to create these Double Gatefold cards. They are very easy to do and the Video takes you through each stage step by step.
I used the Art Gallery stamp set and coordinating Floral Gallery dies, together with papers from the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper pack.
This paper pack is one of our current Hostess Rewards. It contains 48 sheets of 12" x 12" paper and is available for a great price! You can find the details towards the back of the current Annual Catalogue.
The papers all have a coloured design on one side and a Black and White design on the reverse.
The small black mat was created using one of the Tasteful Labels dies.
This is my favourite of all the paper designs in the pack! I love the black and white gingham!
The colour used for the Flower heads was Crushed Curry.
I placed the sentiment differently on this one :o)
This is the card I crated in the Video. I used Cherry Cobbler ink this time.
The Flower heads were stamped and then over-stamped with a second stamp using Versamark ink. I then heat embossed with Gold powder.
The cards measure 6" x 4" closed and will fit into our standard C6 envelopes. They will not fit into A2 envelopes though unless you adjust the size to measure 5½" x 4" - start with a piece of paper measuring 12" x 5½". You would also have to adjust the size of the inside mats slightly too.
Alternatively you could create a Box to hold your card, you can find a Video HERE showing you how.

Pattern Party DSP 12” x 6”
With the LONG side across the TOP, score down at: 2”, 4”, 8” and 10”
MARK the halfway point on the side edges (3”).
CUT from the TOP of the INNER score line to the MARK on the side edge on both sides
Pool Party 14.9cm x 9.8cm (US 5⅞” x 3⅞”)
Basic White 14.6cm x 9.5cm (US 5¾” x 3¾”)
You will need additional Basic White and Basic Black card to complete the project.
