Hi there :o) Today I'm sharing the last card my ladies created at my Embossing Paste class last month.
This one used an Ombre technique. There are a couple of different ways to do this. We made three little piles of Paste on our Silicone mats and then added one drop of a different reinkers to each. The colours used were Pool Party, Marina Mist and Pacific Point. The colours were then each applied separately to the card.
A different way to do this technique is to just have one pile of Paste and use one reinker. Add one drop to start with, mix and apply it to the card. Then add another drop to the remaining Paste and apply. Finally, add another drop or two to the last of the Paste and apply. This gives a more subtle variation of colour, but also looks great :o)
We used the Dragonfly Dreams bundle for this card. I haven't really had a chance to play with this set yet, so it was great to dig it out for this card :o)
