Midnight Madness #15 / Passion For Promarkers #13

Passion For Promarkers challenge colours for this week are PRUSSIAN and PUMPKIN ... and they also want you to use the theme of 'Halloween'. I decided to combine it with this week's fab sketch over at Midnight Madness.





The main image is one of the Gorjuss Girls from Sugar Nellie and I've coloured her with Promarkers. I've no idea who made the halloween stamps I used. They are all from a clear set I picked up somewhere, somewhen and are not labelled.

Another fab sketch from Mojo Monday this week. I'm really loving their sketches, they are so easy to work with :o)

The image is one of Sugar Nellie's Gorjuss Girls #2, coloured with Promarkers. The Sentiment was computer generated.

I couldn't get a decent picture of this one today, the weather is just too dismal. The little metal plaque in the bottom corner is really sweet - it's a single flower with a tiny ladybird just flying away from it :o)

I have combined 2 challenges with this card. Midnight Madness have another fab sketch this week. I normally follow the sketch challenges quite closely, but I've gone off the wall a bit with this one :o) Hopefully not too far though and it will still be accepted :o)

Passion For Promarkers colours for this week are ROSE PINK and LIME GREEN. I must admit these aren't my favourite combination for main colours, but I was able to tone them down a bit with blending :o)

The paper I've used here is absolutely gorgeous! I cut the flowers and butterflies out of one sheet that has the most marvellous glittering on it. The 2 background papers used also have a beautiful subtle shimmer (I couldn't get this to show up well in the photos).

And ....... I loved this paper so much, I just had to decorate the inside too! This is a big first for me never, ever having done this before :o)



I love this card ..... did you guess? LOL! It's the papers that have made it extra special for me :o)

I think it has now been a few weeks since the second selection of Gorjuss girls was released. I haven't had a chance to play with mine until today. One of my daughter's friends has a birthday tomorrow and I made this for Lauren to give to her :o)

I've made lots of these little bags in the last few weeks. They are so simple to make and it's really easy to adjust the size so that you can fit in all sorts of pressies, no matter what their size and shape.

This is my attempt at last week's Stamp Something challenge. I have used one of the Gorjuss Girls from Sugar Nellie - coloured with Promarker pens. The papers are from Adornit - Carolee's Creations, the Families Forever collection. The sentiment is a Letraset rubon.

Charisma Cardz Challenge - #12

This week's challenge from Charisma Cardz is 'My Favourite Things'. A really easy challenge for me because my favourite things are my stamps :)

The papers used are from Daisy Bucket Designs - Garden Gate collection ... and I love them :) The stamp used is another Gorjuss Girl from Sugar Nellie which I've coloured using Promarkers. I have used the new Oval punches from Stampin' UP! for the sentiment mats and the sentiment stamp is also from their 'Very Versitile' stamp set. The cardstock is Bazzill.

Stamps And Smiles - #7 Challenge

For this week's Stamps And Smiles challenge, I have used another of my Gorjuss Girls. The sentiment was created using Stampin' UP! Oval punches (from the mini catalogue). The ribbon and cardstock are also Stampin' UP! All the papers are from The Laundry Line collection from My Minds Eye.

The Sugar Bowl - Challenge #6

My entry for the latest Sugar Bowl challenge 'Mother's Day'.

I have used one of the new Gorjuss Girl stamps from Sugar Nellie. The papers are all from the Katlin Collection by Crate Paper. The sentiment is from the 'soon to be available' Oval All stamp set from Stampin' UP! Also used to create the sentiment mats - the new Scallop Oval and Large Oval punches - available from April 1st :) The cardstock is all Bazzill.

Sketch Saturday Challenge #40 - version 2!

I wasn't completely happy with the card I made for this challenge (see below), so decided to give it another go. The only real difference with this one - apart from the slight difference in colour - is that I have matted each piece of paper before using it on the card ........... and I much prefer this one :) I think it looks a bit more 'finished'.
