It's my friend's birthday today and this is what I have made for her. The long box houses her pressie of some of her favourite Clarins handcream :o) The other box is for the card, as it was far to bulky for an envelope.
The colour combination is beautiful. I have used Close to Cocoa with Not Quite Navy and Very Vanilla cardstock, together with the new yummy Chocolate Chip Satin ribbon. The bases for the boxes have been stamped with Close to Cocoa ink - using the new Vintage Vogue stamp set from the Mini catty. The lids have been stamped with the same stamp but in Whisper White Craft ink. The gorgeous flowers have been made using the Paper Vellum. Stamped with the En Francais background stamp and then scrunched up and punched with the Scallop Circle punch. The circles were then layered up together and fixed with brads before getting a final scrunching and then carefully opened back out.
