Butterfly Brilliance - Pop-Up Butterfly Card - Video Tutorial


I have more Pop-Up cards to share with you today - and this one is completely different to the one I shared with you a couple of weeks ago. 

I used the Butterfly Brilliance stamp set and coordinating Brilliant Wings dies to create them. You can find the Video below.


When the cards are opened, three large Butterflies pop up!


The sentiment comes from the Biggest Wish stamp set.


I added two mats inside for your message and used one of the Stitched So Sweetly dies to cut them.


The papers for this first card came from the Butterfly Bijou 6" Designer Series Paper pack - now retired.


This is the card I created in the Video. The Butterflies were stamped using Smoky Slate ink and coloured with the Stampin' Blends alcohol markers.


The colours used for the Butterflies are Pale Papaya and Fresh Freesia.

The papers are from the You're A Peach Designer Series Paper pack.

Measurements

Note: If you use A4 as your standard sheet of card – follow the metric measurements (cms).

If you use 8½” x 11” as your standard sheet of card – follow the imperial measurements (inches).

 

         

Fresh Freesia card base                           ½ an A4 standard sheet of card

Balmy Blue (x3)                                            14.1cm x 9.8cm  (US 5¼” x 4”) 

You’re A Peach DSP (x3)                         13.8cm x 9.5cm  (US 5” x 3)

 

 

You will need extra Basic White to complete the project.
